Made from 76% Merlot and 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, this bold dry red is crafted from premium Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards and aged 18 months in new French oak. Rich aromas of black cherry, dark fruit, chocolate, and vanilla blend seamlessly with a subtle touch of oak.

N a v a B l a n c

A blend of Vidal and Riesling, this wine balances the richness of Vidal—famous in Niagara Icewine—with the bright, citrusy notes of Riesling. Delicately floral and lightly sweet, it offers vibrant peach aromas and a smooth, refreshing finish.

N a v a R u b y

Nava Ruby is a rich red blend with aromas of black cherry, black currant, and cranberry, accented by hints of smoke and vanilla. The palate offers flavors of freshly crushed blackberry and dark chocolate, leading to a smooth, velvety finish.

C h a r d o n n a y

Sourced from Four Mile Creek, this Chardonnay reflects the sub-appellation’s warm climate and ripe fruit profile. Gentle oak aging in 500L barrels adds structure and finesse, while preserving freshness and site character.

A blend of fruit from Four Mile Creek and Twenty Mile Bench, this Riesling balances richness and minerality. Cool fermentation and extended lees aging highlight its precision, texture, and varietal expression.

Crafted from 100% Syrah grown in Ontario’s Niagara-on-the-Lake, this dry Rosé showcases the elegance that cool climate viticulture brings to the variety. Its luminous peach-pink color hints at the vibrant fruit character within, while careful winemaking highlights crisp acidity, expressive aromatics, and a refreshing red fruit driven finish.

A familiar and comforting sweet red wine crafted for those who appreciate the classics. Rich in character, it offers notes of dark fruit, grape jam, and gentle sweetness, balanced by a soft, rounded finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate. This Kosher Certified Vidal Icewine from Niagara’s Tzafona Cellars has intense aromas of honey, apricot and peaches, with a perfect balance of acidity and texture on the palate.

R i e s l i n g I c e w i n e

Gold fading to yellow straw in colour. The nose is intensely concentrated with notes of peach, honey, mango and passion fruit. Rich, creamy palate with sweet hints of guava and apricot that are later cleansed from the palate with refreshing citrus acidity.
